myCMCM app

Overview

myCMCM is the CMCM’s new mobile app. It allows you to submit requests for reimbursement, view your documents, update your personal details and access an emergency contact when traveling abroad.
Through myCMCM, members can also complete a questionnaire to share their experiences regarding medical care abroad or in Luxembourg.

myCMCM allows you to:

  • Submit a new request (reimbursement or other); the app guides you through the process and indicates which supporting documents are required;
  • View your documents as well as the history of your requests;
  • Update your personal information (address, marital status, membership, etc.);
  • Quickly access an emergency contact in the event of a health issue abroad;
  • Share your experience related to medical care received in Luxembourg or abroad by completing a questionnaire directly through the application.

myCMCM is available on all Android and Apple devices. You can download it free of charge from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

Your account & First login

Please use your phone’s built-in camera app to scan the QR code. If you are already on your phone, simply tap the link. You do not need to install a separate QR code reader app, and we strongly recommend that you do not do so.

Many third-party QR code reader apps open links in their own built-in browsers. These mini browsers often cannot access your camera or maintain your verification session, which is the most common cause of the process being blocked, failing, or restarting. Your phone’s native camera app opens the link in your regular browser, where the verification process works as intended.

myCMCM is a new, independent platform. Your personal data as a CMCM member are correctly displayed in the new application. However, the history from the previous application (submitted documents, request history, etc.) will not be migrated.

Yes. As myCMCM is a new platform, you will need to activate your account before using it. The process is simple and takes less than 5 minutes. Please have your identification number, e-mail address, and identity card ready.

Yes, myCMCM is available to all CMCM members, even if they have never used the previous application.

Simply download the app and follow the activation steps.

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. When you log in for the first time, an identity verification via IDNow is required. This step is only required for the main member and only needs to be completed once.
  3. Once your identity has been verified, you will have access to all the app's features.

Login issues

On the login screen, tap "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions. A password reset e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered in your file.

Please note: this link is different from the activation link used during your first login.

Please check your spam or junk mail folder. If the e-mail is not there, make sure that the e-mail address registered in your CMCM file is correct. If you are unsure, please contact our Membership Department.

Family access

Yes, comembers (family members included in your CMCM membership) can also access myCMCM.

The main member can invite a comember directly from the application by entering their e-mail address. The comember will then receive an invitation e-mail allowing them to set their password and access the application.
