If you completed the online questionnaire following medical care received in Luxembourg or abroad, it will be reviewed by our team. If significant difficulties are identified, we may contact you, with your consent, to discuss your experience in more detail.
In addition, aggregated and anonymised analyses are carried out regularly and shared with our partners to identify opportunities for improvement.

In addition, through our new Quality & Healthcare Pathway Department, you can share your experience following medical care received in Luxembourg or abroad by completing an online questionnaire. The questionnaire can be accessed through our app or by scanning the QR code available in our mobile office.
