When can a comember be removed from the affiliation following a separation?

Until the divorce has been finalised or the civil partnership (PACS) has been officially dissolved, the member remains covered by the membership. A comember therefore cannot be removed from the membership by the main member before the divorce has been officially finalised or the civil partnership (PACS) has been officially dissolved.
