How does the travel cancellation benefit included in the RÉGIME COMMUN basic coverage work?

The travel cancellation coverage applies in the following cases:

Illness / Hospitalisation / Accident / Death
 

DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED

In the event of a medical incident (illness, accident or hospitalisation):
  • Original invoices for travel or cancellation costs
  • Proof of partial reimbursement or refusal of reimbursement issued by the travel provider(s) (tour operator, airline, hotel, etc.)
In the event of death:
  • Death certificate
  • Original invoices for travel or cancellation costs
  • Proof of partial reimbursement or refusal of reimbursement issued by the travel provider(s) (tour operator, airline, hotel, etc.)
