Statutes of the CMCM

Discover the official CMCM statutes, which set out the statutory, regulatory and contractual framework governing our health mutual.

CMCM traces its origins to the creation of the “Caisse Chirurgicale” in 1956 and the “Caisse Dentaire” in 1963. In 1976, these two organisations merged to form the “Caisse médico-chirurgicale mutualiste” (CMCM).

In the event of any dispute, only the texts published in the Mémorial and filed with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés – RCS) shall be binding.
