You can submit your complaint by e-mail at quality@cmcm.lu or by phone at +352 49 94 45 200.

In addition, through our new Quality & Healthcare Pathway Department, you can share your experience following medical care received in Luxembourg or abroad by completing an online questionnaire. The questionnaire can be accessed through our app or by scanning the QR code available in our mobile office.
