How can I cancel my membership or an optional coverage?

Any cancellation of membership or of the optional coverages PRESTAPLUS and/or DENTA & OPTIPLUS must be justified and sent by registered post before 31 December of the current year.

The cancellation of a membership or optional coverage applies to all members included in the same affiliation. Please note that any contributions already due remain payable.

The cancellation will take effect on 1 January of the year following the request.
